Trying to make ******* legal
<p>I have bought a Peugeot 308 1.2 pureTech turbo. This car is just over 6 months old and it started giving me a problem within the first month of purchase. I bought it in May and the problem of a brake shudder came started in June (2016). I then took the car to the nearest Peugeot dealership, which in this case was the Fourways dealership. The car was approximately 3000 kms when the problem started, and it persisted every +/- 3000 kms after they brakes and pads were replaced each time, so i was told at the dealership. The car is now 21 000 kms and is at the dealership, since thursday morning of the 1st of December 2016, also for a brake shudder and this is the 6th time the vehicle goes into the dealership with the same problem. For the past 5 times he car had been in the dealership for the shudder, warranty covered all the costs but they now kicking back because i think they realise that the car is faulty. Then dealership then tried to put it back to the maintainance plan, which also kicked back. Then the technician syas the brake shudder is as a result of driver abusing the car, or the driving technique of the driver is what is causing the shudder. The question i asked, which no one can gave me an answer to from Peugeot, is that if thats the case why is it that the courtesy vehicle which they gave me in Octor 2016 (Chevrolet Cruze) didnt give me a brake shudder after driving it for about 5 000 kms? I further asked that in April 2016, i also bought a Mazda 3, brand new which is the second vehicle i use at home, its now sitting on 9 800 kms and hasnt given me a brake shudder, why? Because if its driving technique thats causing the brake shudder then on these 2 vehicles, i should have gotten a brake shudder. The car I traded in when i bought the Peugeot 308, was a VW Polo, 1.6 tip comfortline, I drove it for 1 year 11 months, i drove it to about 110 000 kms and only had to consider changing the brake pads at about 50 000 kms, i never complained of a brake shudder on that car. Then why is it that on this Peugeot i am causing a brake shudder and at 3000 kms of the vehicle? And also persistent at every +/- 3000 kms? And this was a brand new car when i bought it. So now as i took the vehicle to the dealership, they had given me a courtesy car, which they took on friday the 9th of December 2016. My car is still at the dealership, not sorted. I find myself in a position where i am paying for a car which is broken and is at the dealership, undrivable car which is not even a year old since i bought it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am seeking assistant on this regard.</p>

The technical report is not answering the question, i am forced to accept a report which has just a picture of a disc and pads, stating that its driver technique causing the shudder. No one is answering any of my question, the report even states that the shudder is caused by hard braking which i dont understand what it means by that.

When i brought the vehicle and they test drove it, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd time they didnt brake hard to feel the shudder. It was felt when they just tapped on the brake trying to slow it down. So the report is just very vague and i am forced to accept it.
