Thinking of Buying a Car? Never buy Peugeot!!!

The matter might be resolved but I will go out of my way to ensure that people I know (friends/family), my colleagues or just anybody not to buy Peugeot. Peugeot Head Office are totally inefficient and offer no support whatsoever at Head Office Level. I would love to share my Peugeot experience with anyone who is considering buying a Peugeot. Peugeot actually put my life and my family’s life at risk without acknowledging the consequences but just offer their stinking apology. I have fortunately prevented my close friends, family and colleagues successfully from purchasing a Peugeot. Hopefully by sharing my experience I will be able to prevent anyone who is thinking of purchasing a Peugeot and will continue to do so as I believe potential buyers must fully understand what they will be dealing with when they purchase Peugeot. SO PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE BUYING PEUGEOT! BOTTOM LINE: If you drive this brand and it breaks down where parts need to be replaced you are going to wait for ages for your car and you will not get any answers due to their lack of ability to do their job. The dealer will not give you a courtesy vehicle to drive even though it’s their fault and can’t supply parts. These people do not care about their customers and make up policies just to excuse themselves from taking responsibility for their failures. I waited for more than 4 Months after the Ombudsmen ruling to be offered a crazy deal by Peugeot, not considering the inconvenience and the monetary loss I’ve endured because of Peugeot. They might thing they won by insulting me, but they will lose more than I’ve lost when no one buys from them. Peugeot even refused to reimburse my fuel and vehicle registration. I can go on, but all I can do is WARN YOU, if you’re thinking of buying a Peugeot, think again. The old stories you heard that they don’t carry stock is still true and don’t believe their new marketing campaigns. THE MONEY THAT I’VE LOST BECAUSE OF PEUGEOT, CAN’T BE COMPARED TO THE RAGE, THE DISAPPOINTMENT I FEEL TOWARDS PEUGEOT. I was only waiting for this matter to be completely resolved and that was the last time they heard from me or see me in their show rooms. I had to let go of my car for way less just to get rid of IT but all this time they’ve been robing me my hard earned money.
