Taken for a ride

I bought renault megane at Peugeot hatfied Pretoria in 2014. After few weeks the front right door started making a creepy sound i than reported the matter to the dealer and a new door hinge was odered for me. I than asked the sales person if the was involve in a car accident and he said no. Yesterday when i was refueling the lid of the petrol tank fell off, when i picked it up i noticed that i was sold a car of which the lid was clued to the tank.yesterday i sent an email to the dealer including photos ,i was never responded. This morning i also sent an email to sales manager and the person who was sales person they also haven't responded to my mails
