SUCH Bad Service you are disgracing Peugeot..

When i purchased this vehicle last year i was given extremely supurb service cause they wanted the Sale, i got the vehicle only to find that i wasn't given the lock nut Tool and then after I called the sales guy pierre who would more than responded when i was referring to upgrading or getting a new vehicle but regarding what was short or wrong with my vehicle no one cared. Month and months went by, being sent from pillar to post when calling to try get a hold of him. Now this has delayed my vehicle going in for service as it needs that tool in order for the servicing to be carried out. Nobody cares, my wife is the one in danger as she drives the vehicle. i then got my wife to contact him , as if we are planning on buying a new vehicle and surprisingly We got ahold of him, she then told him how unhappy she was regarding his service and that we are reporting this he then said he will order it and sort this out. <br> 3 weeks later, they call us, we send in our car on friday the 31/07/2015, it's now a Thursday in a new week & no feedback, NO CAR.. i call in speak to the manager who had the worst \Don't Care Attitude"Then The MANAGER PIETER PUTS THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR.
