SPARE PARTS

This is from an extremely disgruntled Peugeot customer. I have been without a car for over 5 months now, Peugeot is unable to procure a spare parts, please urgently can you explain why there is such a terrible service and a delay. The ETA has been moved around 10 times.

I have called the customer service desk 5 times and no one has even bothered called me back with a solution and I am just FED UP!!!!!!
