Shocking customer service from Peugeot
In December 2015 my car was booked in for a repair. During which they accidentally broke a fully functional mechanical part. They informed me that they needed to order this part from France. They provided me with a temporary solution until part arrives. During this time my warranty expired. They eventually phoned saying the part arrived and booked me for a service on the of 11th April 2016. Due to the delay the temporary solution has caused additional failures which is a direct result of their negligence during the initial repair. <br> They now expect me to pay for all the mechanical damage, which i think is completely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service from the the part of Peugeot.
