Servicing or lack thereof

I have had my Citroen DS5 for little over a year, bought brand new from the dealership, and it was treating me fine. It recently displayed a sign saying "engine fault: repair needed". I had it taken to the delaership where I bought it in Umhlanga KZN, where they said its fine there its nothing too serious just a fault in the wiring. They then said we will order the parts and have it booked in for 2 days to repair, 8 days later the part hadn't arrived and the car refused to start. The following day I had it towed and they said they would check it and advise me. Nobody contacted and 24 hours passed, I called and was told that its a battery fault and that I must pay + R2,5k for a new battery. I asked how can a battery on a 1 year old vehicle be gone already to which some technician rep**** that the car has alot of electronics, I find this strange since my 3 year old Audi Q3 is yet to have its battery replaced. The wiring on the car has yet to be fixed, they have had my vehicle for 6 days with no loan vehicle or a care in the world. I must now collect the vehicle only to have them book it in for fixing the wiring and malfunctioning cigarette lighter, this might take 3 weeks at the rate things go. Nobody calls me to advice what is going on and it is always me calling and running after them. You try give a smaller brand a chance and this is the customer service you receive, I will be trading in my DS 5 in the coming weeks and sticking with the tried and tested.
