Service for my car Peugeot 3008

I took my car for service on the 28th of February when it was on 61 678 and was told that it was above the mileage of 60k and hence I had fallen off the warranty plan. I then asked customer service if Peugeot did not have an allowance of kms above the 60k which is something I always got when I was with Toyota, at first he said no and only came back to me later saying they had an allowance of 1500kms and I was above that with 178km and as such they would not service it. I took it to MOIA who then said I needed to have read the 'small print' What bothers me the most is when you are buying a car, Peugeot goes out of its way to make sure the sale happens but when their is a problem such as mine 178km is a deal breaker. All I know if they have lost my faith in them, I will not promote them and neither buy a car from them again. Simply appalling after service to say the least.

Reviewer Update
After reaching out to the customer service department I was asked to write an email to one of the senior officials in Peugeot and I have not received feedback since I sent the email on the 26th of May. Why ask me to write an email if there won't be a response, simply appalling service to say the least.
