Selling used parts.

I bought a temperature sensor for my Peugeot 206 1.4 hdi from Peugeot Fourways. I bought the part over the phone since I stay in limpopo and I paid for it electronically. After the payment was done, I sent the proof of payment to the salesman and he confirmed that he received the payment. I then arranged with a courier service to go and collect the part for me and send it to me; the part was safely delivered to me.

On arrival I inspected the part and noticed that the packaging for the part was tempered with and that staples were used to seal it. The sensor had a dark residue on it which indicated that it had been previously used.

I am very unhappy with the service that I received from Peugeot Fourways and the inconvenience that they have caused me.
