Repair / Replacement to Car Mags not Done

We bought a Peugeot car 207 popart from Pinetown with mags supp**** by them. The car never ran smoothly causing vibration when driving initially . We did speak to sales lady who was not interested in helping us. Subsequently, the car needed tyres which I fillted at a HiQ branch with low mileage. The car was taken for service and I brought it to the attention of the service person named Jayson and the dealer principal who assured me they will replace the mags as the mags were not correct and it needed replacing. The car was taken to the tyre company who fitted the mags who did proper testing and assured me it was the mags that were faulty. I tried on several occasions asking Jayson to sort the mags out which he said he will either do it when the car comes in for the next service or if he has a courtesory car, he will call me to bring my car in. Jayson never called and when the car was due for service and repairs, it was taken to Peugeot Pinetown three weeks ago. The car has been serviced but the mags has not been fixed or replaced which the company is refusing to do so . The mags were fitted by the company who must be held responsible for fixing it as they were inferior quality.
