Poor service from peugeot polokwane
I took my car for service and they did a major service instead of a minor one. When I complained about it no one seems to account for it. I spoke to the manager but he did not assist me either so ended up paying around R4000 instead of R1800. Upon arriving home my engine couldn't't start, I took the car back and they told me it's a battery problem and I have to pay R1800 for them to replace it. I bought it but still the car couldn't't start unless it is pushed. Head office called to check how the car service went, I told them how horrible the service was but still nothing was done to help me. I took it back the third time, they still couldn't't diagnose their own machine(car) after waiting in the que for 7 hours. I arrived home only to find that the battery is overheating to a point where it almost exploded. I went to a local general car penal beaters who managed to diagnose the problem and fix my car in less than a day. I still don't know if its one of their money making schemes or what but please be on watch for Peugeot Polokwane.
