POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I am not happy about the service I got concerning my car which was bought new 2 years ago. I booked my car in for service on the 19th of September 2017 as there was a funny noise on it when I change gears 1,2 and 3 on it, I was told that my clutch plate must be replaced. The car was taken in for service for 4 days which inconvenienced me as my husband just had an operation. • I was told clutch was replaced with no report or proof furthermore a transmission oil was not replaced which could be worsening and impact on it mechanically. • I needed a car but Peugeot couldn’t even give me a courtesy car, on top of that after the service the car still had some funny noise which I was told that I must go and check the shocks at Tyres & More and bring the report, which shows that the right shock need to be replaced. I booked it on for the shocks and service for the 8th November 2017 a 2 year old new car? On the 25th October I nearly had an accident because the clutch lever became loose as I was driving and the Peugeot mechanics were sent to my house on the 26th to fix the clutch only to find that there was no brake fluid in the car, which It was evident did not put it in when they were replacing the clutch, because if it leaked I would have seen it. As if this was not enough I found a small dent on my bonnet which was not there before the car was fixed for clutch plate. Again on the 6th November as I was driving home I had an error message on my car that reads Engine faulty, I drop the car at the dealer on the 7th November. I was notify at about 3pm that I wouldn’t get my car because they still need to replace the shocks which means that I am again without a car as they cannot give me a courtesy car which means that now my business must stop, my sick husband must suffer. I am unhappy as through all this encounter I don’t remember getting even the report of what has been done on my car after all the replacements of the clutch if it was carried out. I bought my car in September 2015,the car is still new for all this mechanical disorders I can’t even trust the car anymore I think it has a mechanical problem. I don’t need it as my safety is not guaranteed and how can shock be off in 2years. I was not given full report and guarantee the car is fixed properly as I think I have been taken for a ride. In fact I don’t need that car anymore as it has many mechanical fault. I bought a brand new car as I didn’t want headaches.
