Poor customer service for a client in need

On the 17th of December I went to Peugeot Fourways for assistance with my Peugeot 207. The reason I went there was because my vehicle refused to start without me manually kick starting it, it seemed that the battery was dead. The reason I went to that particular dealership was because I had serviced my vehicle there twice, the last being a major service just over two months ago which costed me just under R6000 so I was quite baffled that they did not tell me then that I might need to get a new battery. The major service I would assume also included changing the light bulbs etc which does not seem like it was done as I needed to replace same in December as well. When I arrived at Peugeot Fourways that morning I was told that their workshop is closed on a Saturday and that they could not help me which I understood. I then proceeding to ask on of their employees to help me kick start the car as I had already switched off the engine and he said he could not help me and just walked away. I then walked to the tyre place next door and asked the guys their if they could assist me with getting my card started which they did. I was quite perplexed at the lack of interest the staff member at Peugeot Fourways showed me. Anyways I finally managed to get a Dealership to help me and funny enough it was a KIA dealership. I will not service my vehicle at Peugeot Fourways again as their lack of assistance, human behavior and just poor poor customer services leave alot to be desired
