Poor Cervice-non at all!!!

Newer,ever buy a Peugeot Commercial. I own a 2011 Peugeot Boxer and need a new Ignition body,mine worn out. I ordered and PAID in advance for the part on 11 June2018. Part ordered at Isando ICC Commercial Centre. I was told 3 weeks waiting time! Well ,It is now 2 months later and the part is still not in the country,I was told. I phoned PMSA Customer Care sever times:their answer is they don't know and can not give me an answer as to ETI. The van is standing waiting for the part at a Bosch Service Center ,accumulating an account. Lost operating profits POOR!!!POOR!!!
