Peugoet Isando poor service

I bought a new peugeot 208 active from a dealership. At 30000km i took it to Isando dealership for a service. I also asked for them to check the alarm indicator lamp on the alarm swith. As it stoped working. I was informed later my car was finished with the service and that the technician is checking the switch out. When i went to collect my car they said "we need more time to find the fault". Time i do not have. At home i inspected the car to find an oil leak by the sump plug. I emailed the the dealer princaple and he set it motion to be fixed. Took my car in the drained the oil fixed the sump plug and the to my horror put Engen oil in the car and not Total quartz as stipated by Peugeot itself. Yet again they wanted more time to fix the alarm i dicator light. Again time i do not have. I made arangement to take the car back yesterday(10/07/2019). After a couple of calls during the day i asked a friend to drop me of. They were still busy with it. Again the asked me for more time to fix. Again time i do not have. I took my car back because the are stalling. The workshop manager(Sidney) came up with all types of reasons why the light should not be working. I told him it was working fine and his response was that my car was configured incorrctly. The next morning i found that my cars lock-unlock button on the centre console also not working as it was working the day before they tinkered with the the electronics. So instead of making it beter and resolving it they actually made things worse. Seemingly that the tchnicians have no clue as what they are doing....

Its been more than 6 weeks that my 208 is with the workshop due to a faulty BSI unit. They recieved the part late on the agternoon of the 6 of september. I was told my car should be ready by end of business day 10th of september. Now i was informed the part recieved from france was also faulty... wich means another 4 weeks in delay to get anew part from some where??? The service consultent is doing his best to sort out this mess but i fear the PSA management is not worried what so ever about poor service and parts availibilty. And i would guese that if they do not have the lart in stock in SA that PSA management wont even do anything to fast track this or to fly in the part directly from the factory as it is not their concern due to not being their personal car. I wonder how an executive o PSA would fell if he or she would have to wait more than 6 weeks for repairs just to find out the new part is also faulty and they would have to wait another 3 to 4 week for a new part all the while the car is with a workshoo awaiting another lart hoping that the second part is in working order.
