Why do Peugeot and Citroen ads keep re-appearing on my iPad to the point that it becomes almost impossible to browse?!

Let's get points clear:

(a) I don't appreciate you continually forcing your adverti*****ts down my throat, despite me responding that I'm not interested. (b) I would never even consider buying a French car. They have a horrible reputation for being unreliable. (c) Your cars are seriously ugly.
