Peugeot/Citroen Westrand

I bought a car from this dealership. A man by the name of Eddie Wingyip is the one who took me through the entire process of purchasing the car through finance. I have proof of emails where he was promply assisting me at the time of purchase.

Two months later the car breaks down, loses power, shows engines signs, numerous problems. Because I am well aware of my rights, I first took it to BMW for diagnosis. The list of the problems that car had costs a total of R 40 000 to repair. When I informed them that the car was purchased to months ago they advised that the dealership sold me a messed up car which should have been sold way less than the price they sold it for because the car was good as s****.

I then sent Peugeot/Citroen Westrand the very same diagnosis and towed the car back to my house. Their so called Manager, a pathological **** by the name of Mr. Richard Levey said I should bring back the car so that they can have a look at it. They kept my car with them for weeks without even communicating with me. The pathological ***** were keeping my car there without even touching it. I then decided to call them and follow up on it, those ***** said the car was fine I should come and fetch it. I went to fetch it but noticed that the engine sign still appeared.

I informed those ***** about it and they sent their drivers to my workplace to come and fetch my car. They since fetched it on the 22 August 2018 to date Im still seeing no progress on this issue. I decided to visit the dealership with my Attorney and a well known mechanic to go and actually see what exactly is happening at that useless dealership. Mr. Richard Levey decided to quickly jump and all of a sudden tell me that the car was ready and it is fixed.

I went on the 8th September 2018 to go and collect the car and after driving so may kilometres the idiot called Mr. Levey tells me that the car is not fixed and he decides to give me an interim car. The **** told me that he would get back to me on the 10th of September regarding the car. As expected from a pathological **** he never got back to me. I am here stuck with another s**** of a car and waiting for a progress report on mine.

When I took my car there for the first time. Mr Eddie, told me that so many of his clients were returning their cars and pointed out a white BMW that was parked at the dealership showing me that it has the same problem as my car. I have a recording of that conversation of which I can prove.

I am at the verge of going the legal route and taking these ******* to Court. I don't mind spending my money on legal proceedings. Someone has to stop these hooligans from selling low valued cars on a high price. That is day light *******. If for a second they thought I would let this go, they have another thing coming.

I am a legal practitioner for a reason.
