PEUGEOT, WHAT THE SERVICE?
We are utterly disgusted with the after service of parts. We ordered synchronizer springs on a Peugeot Boxer from Peugeot Centurion ON THE 14TH AUGUST 2019. We were told the parts would arrive on the 27 August 2019. After much run around and many phone calls + no returned calls due to Peugeot Centurion taking stock for days in a row, we got an email on the 11th from Vincent who said there was a back order from France. We laid a complaint with Peugeot South Africa (***) on the 12th of September from Peugeot SA and that parts would arrive on the 4th October 2019. No feedback! Called again inquiring where our parts are. Belenda Masimeni told us the parts were delayed to the 15th October 2019. Today is the 16th October, and we have called Belenda again just to confirm that our parts have been delayed to the 25th October. Our client is furious! What bad service is this Peugeot!! #Pathetic #badbusiness #peugeot TWO MONTHS WAITING FOR YOU TO GET PARTS IS OUTSTANDINGLY BAD AND A DISGRACE TO THE FRENCH.
