Peugeot, we dont sell cars we sell parts and zero accountability when called out

We had our 30ws services. 1****m later breaks down. with electric smoke etc. Told engine overheated. Funny since ZERO temp warnings, only low oil pressure which came up then we stopped. after calling daily for 1 week and poping in still no quote from Peugeot to repair. Escalate to Dealer Principle. Am told they emailed quote. Only when i call BS do they admit they forgot to email. Then i question many things they say to me as they dont add up. Workshop manager says in email RPM test past, then next line pressure test failed. So which is it? cant be both. again showing lies and cover up. Each question i ask they ignore They say they cant check electrical system till they fix engine. (because they want to make more money from me) todate STILL not received quote from them. I also asked why service before last i got list of parts needed R9k, i did not do them as not critical. latest service we get list of parts needed R9k as well BUT none are the same as the last service. SO shows they *****ULENLTY tell customers they need parts. Because they cant sell cars they sell parts. Todate all have ignore this The Customer relations manage Germain Wood. did not even have the respect to call the customer before siding with and covering @ss of dealer. Todate they refuse to account for random parts. Vehicle removed to another worskshop who have now documented the lies and cover up. PeugeotZA lies because no one questions them. This is same with last 4 dealerships.
