Peugeot South Africa is ***********

I am appalled by the incompetence on service delivery at Peugeot South Africa. I have been waiting for car parts (THAT I HAVE PAID FOR) that were ordered by my dealer (Peugeot Isando) on 27/11/2015. Who PROMISED me that I will receive my parts latest on yhe afternoon of 30/11/2015. It is now 02/12/2015. In the past two days I've had to contact them myself just to find out what the status on my parts is. I felt the shock of my life when I was told there is nothing they can do because they are moving to a different location. Why wasn't anyone notified? Why isn't there a contingency plan? Why were the orderd parts separated, marked and boxed away from everything else. I have been inconvenienced beyond compare. I'm definitely missing my deadline because Peugeot employs care free hippies whom aren't bothered at all. I want what I paid for and I want it yesterday.
