Peugeot South Africa is a disappointment

I have made an appointment to service my car, I have been waiting for a quotation for over two weeks to add to that I been trying to get them to give me quotation to replace my brake pads for three days now. I am so disappointed that no one has gotten back to me. The last time I took my car there for a simple diagnosis, I ended up spending the whole day there, is like they don't care, especially if you are black person.
