PEUGEOT SA!

On the 28th of October , my Peugeot Partner was taken in to the nearest RMI Dealer in Grahamstown ( SEttler City Toyota) , as we don't have a Peugeot dealer in Grahamstown, the nearest would be Port Elizabeth.

One of the gear cables stripped (…). I was then immediately informed that Peugeot Kelston Port Elizabeth don't have any stock and that they need to order!? Immediately annoyed, as they cant give me an answer as to when they will have parts!

Two weeks later, the 11 November, still sign of any parts released. The dealer informed me to phone the Parts dept at Peugeot Kelston and spoke to LOIS. He then stated, the system shows "parts in picking", and still cant give an answer. I phoned the Peugeot Customer Centre, the lady I spoke to said she wont phone me back immediately as she's not sure. Part no P2444HW REference no : 14696

To date, no phone call or indication when the part will arrive?!

I urgently need this vehicle for the busy December Christmas period

No wonder the dealer Auto logic in Port Elizabeth was so eager to get rid of the vehicle (offering the best extended warranty), and knowing parts are a huge problem!

WHy sell the vehicles in South Africa if no parts available!!!!

Please can someone at higher level get back to me ASAP
