PEUGEOT.... ******* BRAND!!! NO PARTS AVAILABLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO SYMPATHY TO CLIENT YET WE DRIVE AND PROMOTE THEIR BAD BRAND EVERYDAY. DON'T BUY IT

Willing to wait 6 months for your car to get fixed then purchase a PEUGEOT. Worst choice I ever made in my life. I regret every moment of it.

The car is great and all when its fresh and when family and friend are complimenting you on the nice wheels and the car has zero issues... Wait until you get involved in accident then you will experience a Horror movie.

Accidents can happen to anyone, We don't plan them. Whether you were in the right or wrong your car can get affected and I think the brand you drive is highly important when you experience such. The service from Peugeot SA is horrible and zero sympathy to the client. Should they not have parts in South Africa, Boi be prepared to wait for months and months and months.... At least 6 months of waiting, I am not joking when I say...

I have driven other brands and I learnt about back orders from Peugeot SA. Once they say back order you can turn blue in the face there is literary nothing you can do about it.

Wait for a classic... While my car was in for repairs the warranty plan expired and the booklet is in the car for me to check and note the expiry date or service dates in general.

PEUGEOT - Zero communication to the clients as part of service that my plan is coming to an end... No one calls you to ask if you would like to purchase another plan.... its you and that fine print in that booklet, its not a partnership, You are literally on your own.

The after sale at Peugeot its horrible and they need to be told.

So, I ask Peugeot to use my last warranty plan that expired while they were shipping the parts from FRANCE and caused delay in me getting my car sooner..they Declined me and told me about the Terms and conditions that they have in place, They are forgetting that they did not have parts in South Africa for months and caused delay Subsequently to that my plan expired. I am not impressed.
