Peugeot reviews: Faulty Vehicle Wholesaler. Do not Buy Peugeot Cars especially at Peugeot Northcliff

Don't Buy any Peugeot Vehicle anywhere in South Africa, especially Peugeot Northcliff trading as Autohaus Gobel (AGG). There is zero happy customer that walks out of Peugeot Northcliff happy, they alwyas come back complaining, don't make that mistake. DONT buy from them.

I bought a car from Peugeot Northcliff, a few days later, the car had mechanical issues, first oil leaks and followed by the rear suspension, a while later, clutch pedal would "get stuck" and spring back.

All this issues happened within 2 months after I had purchased the vehicle. Upon evaluation of the vehicle at other Peugeot, it was said Pegoeut Northcliff had sold me an accident car. I immediately requested to cancel the deal with the bank and Peugeot because of this condition of the car which was brought to my attention and Peugeot did not have the parts to fix the car(poor worst part about their cars.

I took vehicle for mechanical inspection after Peugeot Northcliff refused to do so, the report came back with so may faults, a lot of paint rework, dents, airbags, oil gauges, touch screen, malfunction in the brakes system, rear suspension noises, and so may other faults. I maintained I wanted to cancel the contract because had this been revealed to me when I bought the car, that it had paint work, dents, and so many other faults?. This information was concealed to me at the date of purchase.

PCSA is as useless and show no support to their customers who are not satisfied, they just say "an agent will contact you soon" which they never do, when they do, they never offer solution, useless service just like their cars and dealerships. It makes sense while people are never willing to buy cars from them, their dealerships are not up to standard, and so is their structure.

They just don't care, and don't want to play their role. I had owned various brands of cars, VW, Kia, Mazda, none of them are ******** such as this Peugeot brand, starting from their stuff at Northcliff, poor in handling customers, and so is PCSA. I so regret the day i walked into any of your dealerships. I Curse that day. NO MORE.
