Peugeot poor service

Wouldn’t suggest purchasing a Peugeot brand, customer service is extremely poor. There has been a recall on a part to my car. The part is no available currently or out of stock, my car is at the dealership workshop and cannot be handed over to me due to a safety issue. Now I’m left with no mobility but Peugeot has asked me to pay R2000 for the use of a courtesy car, to which I have disagreed with as it is no fault of mine that there is a recall. . I’ve been waiting for a manager to give me a call back for many days on this issue. I’ve been without a vehicle for 7 days already!!! Wouldn’t suggest purchasing this brand as the aftercare is terrible
