Peugeot parts
I'm a Peugeot owner, mind you it's my third and final one. My Peugeot 3008 GT Line (2017 model) was involved in an accident in August 2019. To date I still have not received some of my parts. What puzzles me is Peugeot SA's bold statement on their website that they have warehouses in South Africa with parts readily available - well, all a lie - for a car that has been in our country for just over 2 years to not have any parts in the country, and for me to 4 months later still be told that I have to wait 21 working days for some of my parts is really beyond shocking. I'm sure there must be some quicker way to get parts in the country, mind you, why sell a car with no parts available in your warehouses Peugeot?
Thank-you

I've had no pleasure with dealing with your Customer Relations Case Manager. Her promises are as empty as the once made on your website. Kindly explain how in this advanced age it can take 21 working days to get parts in South Africa? What happened to you as Peugeot wanting to keep your customers as part of the solution by having parts readily available to ensure no delays in getting our cars as customers fixed?

I will respond accordingly as a matter of urgency.
