Peugeot Northcliff is selling faulty cars, lies, deception, and Financed by Wesbank

When I bought from this dealership, as I thought Peugeot is a reputable brand, that's all a lie.

This car is faulty, and it started to show right immediately after approximately 2 days of purchase. I requested dealer to run a a detailed Technical report, they took the car to their "friends" facilities, Safe Start, , who passed the car to be roadworthy and less defective. I had to take the car to an independent Technical assessor who then presented a report, approximately 18 page report listing all the issues with the car, my request was simple to the dealer: Lets cancel the contract because you had sold me car under false precedence and this indicates vehicle might be of a accident as report showed traces of paint work, rear suspension noise, faulty airbags, brakes malfunctions, oil level faulty etc. This is not the car I wanted, well not that they have any proper and mechanically fit vehicles on their shop floor. They offered that I trade in the vehicle for a a "better" one, with no mechanical issue, this was offered by the dealer- who **********ly and without my consent used my private FICA documents to apply for vehicle finance with "Absolut Auto"-trying to get rid of me/pass me to another dealership. When I went to see the car they were offering, first thing that flashes on the speedometer is "Engine Failure" when I inserted the keys into the ignition. This is when I realized I was dealing with a rotten, ******* dealership that nothing but nonsense comes out of their shop floors. When i brought this to PCSA customer complaints, no further attempts were made to find a resolution to this, NOTHING. They just highlighted to me to take this to MIOSA (Motor Ombudsmen). At this point I wanted the contract cancelled, as the dealer got what they wanted-A sale-Money and I got a faulty vehicle out of that deal, and there was no way of solving it other than cancelling the contract, none of their vehicles are trustworthy. I understand that is how operate-attitude, behavior, values. Its a norm, this is how Peugeot do their business, from dealer principals to the customer complaints managers, it is their culture. A culture of not listening to the voice of the customer, but serving their interest first, me as a customer at last. Probably one of the reasons Peugeot sales are this low and will remain so for ever, for as long as they have dealerships such as one in Northcliff, knowing very well they are selling "lemon cars" and this deployed PSCA complaints team play no role in addressing any of these concerns,

Never buy any of their cars, stay away from Peugeot Northcliff cars by all cost, they only car for a moment when they want to make a sale, once its done, you are a victim of day light *******, of deception, of lies.
