Peugeot George bad service.

I approved my sons decision to buy a Peugeot 308 GT, 2017 model from We Buy Cars that treated my son well and did a very profesional deal with my son. We stay in Knysna and the sales person updated my son al the time. My son picked up the car on the Saturday morning in Brackenfell Cape Town. On the Sunday when he arrived at George the car blew a Top Gasket. My son reported on the Sunday to the sales person at We Buy Cars and the Sales person said to my son,"no problem we will sort it out on Monday. My son got Quote for the job from Peugeot George and this is where the problem started. I was working at Peugeot Northcliff in Johannesburg where the owner of this dealership taught me what service is. The owner Carl Heinz of Peogeot Northcliff always gave his customers excellent service and always as quick as possible, because he does not like losing customers. While I was working for him he send me to the head office for Sales Training. The training was excellent and I saw that we learnt there at head office become a reality at Peugeot Northcliff. At head office they told us that spare parts will not be a problem and that they deliver spare parts three(3) times a day at dealerships in Johannesburg and two to three days to other towns in South Africa. Of the George Peugeot branch i can not say the same. The parts came Quick from Jhb but they told my son that they can start to work on his car on 18 November. Today is 4 November 2024. The reason is that they must find a date where they got three(3) days in a row to fix the car. This is unacceptable. I now feel very bad that I told my son to buy this Peugeot. I wanted myself to buy a Peugeot 3008 after February 2025, but decided to pass. We stay in Knysna and George Peugeot is the nearest Peugeot dealership to us and I will never deal with them after dealing with the person that I spoke to. This person had a arrogant attitude and I have lost my head with this person's way of talking to me. I got a little bit rude because of this person's attitude. These businesses get this attitude when they got the money in their bank accounts.R19000 for a Top gasket replacement. People must remember a lot of business get like this if they have al your money in their bank accounts.
