Peugeot Fourways don't want records of them bumping my car whilst it was at their dealership.

My car went in to Peugeot Fourways on the 1St of December 2016 with the same issue it had when it was about 3000 kilometres, an issue which became persistent every 3000 kilometres and now it's 21190 kilometres it still has the same issue. I took the issue to MIO (Motor Industry Ombudsman), which on the investigation portion of their letter they just stating Peugeot's technical report, I failed to understand what was the investigation done by MIO if they would just take Peugeot's report as it is and say it's their investigation, the dates given by Peugeot on the report MIO wrote to me don't even correspond, to me it suggests that there was a fabrication of the story but then that's my personal opinion. Nonetheless after 2 months and 8 days my car being at Peugeot Four ways. , which has the most horrible services I have ever experienced in the motor industry, I decided that I might as well fetch the car and park it here at home since I am paying for it anyway. I got there today around 2 pm my car was parked at the back wherever they parked it. So they send one of the guys to fetch it. So before I take it I did a quick inspection on the vehicle and I found the front bumper had popped out from the head light, it had a play showing that it was not attached properly in its position and fromantic the bonnet going down the left head light all the way down to the bumper there was a black mark as though something black was hit or drove over by the car. So I tell the guy who brought the car from the back, he calls Brenda who is the service advisor to look for the job card to see if the car came like that but then there is no scratches mared on the job card. So Jaque comes to have a look at the car and the realises that there was a sort of impact that caused the bumper to pop out and the bumper has a play. So he says I should bring the car in sometime next week so that they can have a look at it and see if nothing on the inside of the bumper is broken. So I ask him to put what he is telling me on writing and then he refuses and says to me he needs to speak with his manager Phillup van Blerk, with whom they went outside to the car and tried to push the bumper back in. Jacque also wiped out the evidence of the black mark showing that the car was hit against something, then they come back to me and say they won't give me a letter stating the condition I found my car in and that it had signs of being bumped and even now we don't know the extent of damage on the inside. So realising what was happening I recorded the conversation between me, Jacque, Phillup and my wife arguing about them not wanting to put this on record so that when I bring the car in next week we have a record of what condition I took the car in.
