Peugeot don't give a damn for their customers
My Peugeot 208 broke down on the 4th of November 2018. I booked my vehicle in at Cardinals Peugeot Boksburg. Early in December, I was told my vehicle is ready for collection. I paid the account and was then told by the service advisor that my vehicle would not start. but they will sort it out. January the seventh when I came back from vacation, my vehicle still was not repaired and I was told that I must take my vehicle to another Peugeot dealership as Cardinalds Boksburg is not a Peugeot dealership anymore. I contacted Peugeot South Africa in this regard and logged a complaint with an employee namedKieran. In February I contacted them again just to find out my complaint has not been logged on their system. I again lodged a complaint but nothing happened. I had to pay another huge amount of money In February as all of a sudden there are other damages to my vehicle (Remember My vehicle was Tested and ready for collection in December) before they will continue with the repairs on my vehicle. It is now four months later and my vehicle is still not repaired. Nobody contacts me with any feedback. March the 5th I contacted Peugeot South Africa again just to find out that the complaint was closed out and nobody can give me any feedback regarding my vehicle. It is four months now and I have no vehicle, and I don't know what the situation is. I believe the engine was damaged by Cardinals in the workshop due to Incompetence the same as I experience now from Peugeot Head office complaints department. I is costing me money to travel from Pretoria to Boksburg every day with vehicles that is not fuel efficient as the vehicle I used to drive.
