PEUGEOT 308 CC CANT GET THE PROBLEM FIXED

took my car to Peugeot Centurion due to lost of power/ car making a terrible noise when you start the vehicle/ car missing / not iddling properly. first shot they replaced the time chain said it will fix the problem, didnt work, then they replaced the electro valve, this fixed the lost of power.. then i noticed after they have worked on my car it had an oil leak and the air con didnt work + the above issues, took it back to them they said they must replace pipe to turbo and said (nothing wrong with air-con) it will solve all problems, then i took it to peugeot 4ways and they replace the pipe at more than less what centurion quoted me...took the car back, still leaking oil and the above, took it back to 4ways, now i must replace the gasket cylinder,water pump and fix air con, it will solve the problem, when i fecthed the car as i drove out - car still have the same issues as above(first problem), they said they havent start the car it will come right, took it back to them for the same problems, now they want me to replace the high pressure fuel pump, and they said the cant guarantea that it would fix the problem.....i've spend thousands on this car now..
