Pathetic Service by Peageot

On the 9th Dec I phoned Peugeot Umhlanga to check the availability of bearings, which they had, then book the car for bearings replacement which they book me in for Friday 11th Dec. Arrived at 7:30 to drop the car, they promised to call me when its ready but never got a call until I called 14:30 only to find that my car was not complete it was too much work so they said, I had to spend the weekend without a car and get someone to take me home (working in Springfield traveling to Pietermartburg) Monday they told me they have no bearings in stock I must order 1st. So I must come pay for the parts on Tuesday only then they can order and they will only probably get the part on the 24th. I went pay for the parts which only got delivered 24th and till today the car is not fixed.<br> *They were not supposed to book in the car if they don't have parts<br> *They didn't have a decency to call me to let me know my car won't be ready<br> *They **** when they said the car had too much work on Friday <br> *They said if I can take the car its in a drivable condition if I don't wanna leave there until parts arrived yet it was worse then I brought in<br> *They promised to call today and never did.
