Parts not delivered

Good evening, <br> <br> I'm really disappointed with Peugeot, Fourways branch due to my parts not being delivered. I ordered camshaft seals on Monday and I was asked to collect them yesterday. I called yesterday to check if my parts have been delivered. I was on hold for over five minutes, eventually someone took a message and promised to give it to Patrick. This was around 2pm, then Patrick called me back around 5pm to advise that parts have not been delivered yet. He said I must today, he will receive the parts by 10am.<br> <br> I went today around 3pm and found that parts have not been delivered. The reason I was given is really absurd!<br> Patrick told me that he has been waiting for parts he since ordered around the 27th, which he still has not received. I placed my order on the 1st of December, so clearly I won't be getting them anytime soon. He said he doesn't know when he is going to receive them so he can't tell me when to come back because he doesn't know. <br> <br> I'm from Vosloorus, which is like 55km's drive to Fourways. I drove there twice already for nothing including the airtime I spent trying to contact them. This is bad service, not to mention the expensive basic parts. I'm APPALED!!!!
