no response from so called managers

purchased a Peugeot through Peugeot SA with the Cape Town dealer deposit paid financed through own bank car was in Johannesburg and had to be transferred to CT the clowns in JHB sent the car to Durban where it is still f****ing standing. customer care in JHB are totally useless ,won't let you speak to a manager, promise to get them to call you, Khulane is the most unhelpfull person to deal with and says she will get her manager Germaine or germay to call us back, but germaine or germay is far to busy to bother with petty things like paying customers. the Cape Town dealer has been extremely helpful and has supp**** a loan car untill this car arrives<br> Mr Francis Harnie I suggest you jack your organisation up a lot because you are letting down your dealers who are taking the brunt of your useless head office staff.
