No parts

I'm totally disappointed in Peugeot and here I was always telling how good Peugeot brand is above all others vehicle brands is. As a mechanic myself I should know all the ins and outs of the trade. But never in my life I told any of my clients you're on your own if there's no parts for a vehicle especially if that vehicle is older than 5 years on the market as I always made a plan to help them. When I worked for a company once as I was a manager and one vehicle broke down and had to wait for parts that only came the next day I gave them a loan vehicle but this same vehicle's parts would have taken 2 weeks too came from Germany I managed to get it in a much faster time. Once I worked for a dealership too I actually stripped once a similar new vehicle to keep another going and when the part came fitted it too that vehicle and that was the direct instructions from them manufacturer but obviously we first spoke to the client first to get the go ahead. So now you come to me with a excuse you cannot help out. Let alone you said you'd contact me the same day back and you didn't. It's pathetic to not have the major parts in stock and also pathetic to have ran out of such parts as you should have always in stock and ordered in advance. I own 2 Peugeot's but this makes me want to sell both now. I'm thinking of now going to PSA France and voice my disappointment in Peugeot South Africa. I'm also planning to go to the media expressing my dissatisfaction. Maybe when you get bad publicity you'd pull your socks up. Just remember one dissatisfied customer cost you more in the long run than one satisfied customer.
