Neglected to activate service plan and warranty

After buying a brand new Peugeot from the Fourways dealership last year, imagine my surprise when I took the car for its first service at another Peugeot dealership.... the included service plan was never loaded onto their 'system'... thus it doesn't exist. Trying my best to contact Peugeot South Africa via their customer contact centre [Email Removed] without response. I also can't confirm if the extended warranty was loaded onto their 'system'.<br> And sadly I realise Peugeot SA no longer responds to queries on Hello Peter, I guess just ignoring customers with issues long enough will make them magically disappear.
