My refund plz

I went to buy water pipes for my car at Peugeot edenvele and they didn't have the water pipes i wanted in stock and they have to do order for me.and I had to pay a deposit of R500.00 three week's later the phone me i was happy they have and i was also around the area.so I went to collect but i did not have receipt for deposit with me and the told me no problem pay the full amount and will refund you.but you will need to bring the the copy of your Id and bank statement plus the two invoices the i have payed deposit and the full amount too.no problem i did what they wanted two days later.all this happened in the month of may this year.end of June still no refund phone them it's long story's my call get transfer to one consultant to the next and the answer is Will look into it sir.till end of July. Now today i phone to find out and the lady that answered my call just said they guy that used to work in spares is no longer working here we are Sorry sir.
