Misleading peugeot premium plan/poor customer service etiquette!!

I phoned to book my car in for a service last week.

"I find out only when I arrive at the dealership that my car no longer isn covered" (I'm on the premium service plan)

Today I arrive at Peugeot to find that my car isn't covered due to the 1 year coming before the 100000kms?!?

The car only has 62000kms

I drove over 100 kms to get to the nearest dealership!!

((Which is located in Capetown proper))

"The lady that I talked to to book the service when I placed the phone call to Peugeot Capetown is so bad at her job she couldn't even check the system to inform me of my car not being covered"

Extremely bad customer etiquette!!!

I will never recommend a Peugeot or Citroen to anyone! (My cousin had a CITROEN) Had do many problems with it he got a VW instead. My family members all have vw and have never had any problems. You're better off getting a VW or German manufactured car period..
