Lack of service

I took my car in for a diagnostics check. When the car went in it was in-tact.

When I went to collect my vehicle (on Saturday, 13/08/2016) I found quite a few engine parts inside the vehicle, on the passenger’s seat (the workshop staff do not work on weekends, so I was unable to query this at the time).

In addition, the bonnet now will not close.

I spoke to the service consultant who took my car in (yesterday - 15/08/2016), she said she would get back to me ASAP. She has yet to give me a call, even though I called back 3 more times that day (apparently she was busy with another customer each time but she would definitely get back to me that day - yesterday).

I spoke to customer service earlier this morning and they said they would contact the dealership and get back to me. I stressed the urgency of this situation with every interaction (as they passed me on from one agent to the next), as considering the bonnet does not close, anyone can open it at any given time and ***** engine parts.

They said they were aware of this and would treat it as a matter of urgency.

I have yet to hear back from them as well.

I am very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) I have received from Peugeot.

P.S. I have pictures of the state I found the vehicle in. Unfortunately this platform will not allow me to attach JPEG's, it would appear.
