It over a month to get my car back after a service

I booked my car in to get an oil leak fixed on the 04/08/15. I was given a estimate of 19k. 3 days late I get a call that an additional 21k must be added to the original estimate. I therefore decided to cancel the service and have pay for the evaluation. I was told I needed to get a tow truck to fetch my car after having driven it there. I then informed them (Maliena) that I need my car back in the same state as I brought it because nothing had been done to the car. It's now the 04/09/15 and I still have not yet received my car back or do I even know what it's going to cost me. I've made numerous call and spoke to different people but nothing has come about. It's very disappointing as this is a certified Peugeot repairs workshop but the going on about like some random mechanic. Very annoyed, irritated and seriously disappointed.
