Inability to Meet Promises and delaying

I brought my vehicle on the supplier's company because it had a problem with starting and I wanted the dealership to fix the vehicle's problems, Leon told me that I will receive a call from them detailing what the problem is, the estimated time and cost relating to the repair, he also said I will receive this call in 24 hours time as per their company policy, now two days later I haven't received that call, and my car is still with them and I don't know what is going on, this is really inconveniencing my life, the work that I do requires me to have a car to travel around <br> <br> I really need this to be sorted out ASAP!!!!!
