IMPAC Warranty Insurance(Overwrritten by Bryte is a ****) Peougot Centurion forced me to purchase

I purchased a used model of a Peugeot 308 last year at a Peugeot dealership in Centurion. I was forced to buy a warranty with the vehicle from a company called IMPAC. My car overheated and the engine was affected. I took the car into Westvaal Menlyn since as the Centurion dealership closed, on Wednesday. I did inform the service advisor that I have a warranty, of which she said knew nothing about. Eventually, we got hold of the insurance which is IMPAC (over and the dealership put a claim yesterday 06/Feb/20 they got no response from these guys. I called Peugeot SA today 07/Feb/20 and got no help. I spoke to Zanele who said this is a 3rd party issue the best they can do is ask the service manager to escalate the issue. I got no call from the service manager as promised and I called the service adviser an hour ago and she said no response from the insurance. Please tell me is it legal for dealerships to promote insurances, why is that when we need assistance there no one to assist? WHY ARE WE BEING ****MED by these people?

The update on my complaint. Friendly warning dont buy a Peugeot of you dont have the luxury of a 2nd a vehicle. So the insurance failed and im in process of cancellation. Now on the quote there's a disclaimer that it can take up to 3 weeks for the parts to be delivered. Of only...Ijooo i miss my VW..my brother was right about Peugeot its frustrating. My car has been at workshop for a full 5 days

Like I said previously it was a bad move from myself to purchase a Peugeot. Now my car has been misdiagnosed and quoted R9k for replacing parts that did not fix the car. Now I have been quoted R40k. I honestly don't know what the dealership expects from me. So far I got nothing from Peugeot after all this trouble
