Horrible service - Peugeot Cape Town

I have a maintenance plan for my Peugeot. I ordered shocks 3 months ago and they keep making excuses about some system in France that isn't working properly which is why I haven't received my shocks. I've called about 20 times trying to resolve this. They don't return calls, say they'll do something and then I'm having to chase then constantly for answers. Spoke to the principal dealer who says something will get done and still nothing. Pathetic service!
