My initial experience when my car was towed into to Peugeot Hatfield was shocking but introduce Gordon and he turned a dreadful experience into a memorable one that I will talk about around the dinner table for ages by a) listening b) educating me on how to avoid situation c) let me make my own decision and d) delivering my car to jhb when things went pear shaped again.<br> <br> Thank-you Gordon - you are indeed a treasure to Peugeot
