French Car slowly loosing customer base in SA

Well, I had a MVA in December 2017 and my vehicle went in for repairs only in January 2018 because the places were closed. Now, the biggest challenge which I have is that, for the past 2 months I have been waiting on an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for the Airbag Control Unit and Back Rest Padding. Bhekie Hlongwane from Peugeot SA told me lies that my parts were stuck with their container at SA Customs, however, when I called again last week, I was informed that my parts are AWOL. I mean I understand that parts are coming from France, but to wait for 2 months for an ETA is really not on. Worse is that they had recently upgraded their systems and apparently it affected all orders. This is Bull for sure and unfortunately I have to discourage all my friends, family and acquaintances about NOT BUYING a Peugeot (after 11 years relationship with them)...it's just not worth the hassle and stress caused by them.
