False advertising on 5 year maintenance plan

Recently bought the 107 from a GM motor group. 2014 model with 40km on the clock. Phoned Peugeot to enquire about the maintenance plan- my car is not registered for a maintenance plan. How is that possible when adverti*****ts show now that ALL Peugeot models now have a standard 5 year maintenance plan.my warenty now is only valid till 2016...also advertised as GARENTEED 5 YEAR WARRENTY on all models. Do I need to go to the Motor industry ombudsman to have this sorted. False advertising.
