Extremely Poor Service from Peugeot South Africa

I took my car in for a service at Peugeot Cape Town and was informed that the water pump would need to be replaced. I was contacted later that day and informed that there would be a delay in the replacement of the water pump as it would need to be sent from France. I was told that it would take approximately 2 weeks to get my car back. I contacted Peugeot South Africa to inquire about a courtesy vehicle or any assistance they could provide but was informed that I did not qualify as my car was out of warranty. While this is a really long time to not have a car I was willing to accept it. I was then contacted a week later and informed that the part would be delayed and they would only be able to estimate the date of completion once it had been invoiced in France. I once again contacted Peugeot South Africa and was informed that I would mostly likely only get my car back a month after I had initially taken it in. I asked again if they could assist me in any way and just received the same feedback. No effort at all was made to offer me any assistance and no-one seemed to care that I would be without a vehicle for over a month. I expected better customer service from Peugeot.
