Disinterested unhelpful

I am writing to you to raise my concerns and unhappiness at the level of service I am receiving from Peugeot Northcliff. My vehicle had a breakdown and was towed to the dealership yesterday. The service manager signed the vehicle in and I was told that as yesterday they were full the vehicle would be looked at today.

Today when phoned and spoke to a Elize (Service Advisor) her attitude was disinterested and she said it would be 24 to 48 hours before the vehicle was looked at. When I indicated that I was not told that yesterday, here response was “I did not speak to you yesterday, so I cannot say” What type of attitude is that for a so-called Service Advisor?

I then asked to speak to the Service Manager, Mr Jobe. He actually signed in my vehicle yesterday. Again his response was similar, telling me that they will try get to look at the vehicle today.

Does this mean that I am at the mercy of Peugeot to decide when they will look at the vehicle?

I would like to know from Peugeot what exactly are the so-called stringent measures you claim to have implemented to ensure total customer satisfaction when one gets service like this. Is this what customer service and customer satisfaction should be?

Do I need to write to Mr Francisco Gaie to get some assistance?
