Disgusted will not Advise Anyone to Buy Peugeot

I have a 2019 Peugeot 308 hatchback, I am utterly disgusted in Peugeot Customer care service, for the past two weeks I have been struggling with Peugeot dealerships, to get a simple quotation for a Tow Bar, and if I don't install it at Peugeot would it affect my warranty, to date nobody could assist me, On Tuesday the 29th June 2021 I phoned Peugeot head office to ask once again for assistance, unbelievable I was transferred eight (8) times, each and everyone told me they don't deal with warranties, I was send from Pillar to post, I even spoke to a lady by the name of Rosy,, when I told her I am frustrated and that I am going to sell this car and by a other product, her reply was THAT IS FINE, really Peugeot SA is this is how you treat your customers, I have sent Emails to Mr Bheki for a quote two weeks go from super group, to date No Reply, I am completely lost for words now,
