Disappointed customer - Peugeot Fourways

<p>Walking into Peugeot Fourways, I as a customer was completely ignored and not attended to. There is no receptionist to assist you. The salesmen in new car sales department was unhelpful and unwilling to make a sale on a new car for me. I subsequently went to Peugeot Northcliff where Pierre Kok helped me purchase a vehicle within a week. The servicing department attending to my booked-in vehicle were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was left to wait for a long period of time before anybody had the decency to make eye contact with me and ask if I have been assisted. When I became frustrated and irate a woman phoned upstairs for assistance and was highly unprofessional and insulting towards me. I left the dealership in anger without my car being serviced. The service I received was shocking and I am completely disappointed in Peugeot Fourways and I would recommend rather taking your car to Peugeot Northcliff when buying and servicing your car.
